I am a black woman, feminist and professional with forthright commitments to demands for women's rights, with an intersectional vision of the social and structural vulnerabilities that affect us.
I have experience in community fieldwork and research, and the design, management and execution of social and cooperative projects, organizational and community processes and the promotion of human rights and women’s rights in contexts of vulnerability and in situations of armed conflict.
I have developed my professional and social profile, carrying out actions of strategic planning, and the coordination, elaboration and execution of plans, projects and intervention in diverse contexts, accompanying and conducting workshops with women and young people on the subjects of human rights, combatting violence against women, psychosocial accompaniment, life plans, political participation and leadership, peaceful and democratic conflict management, cultures of peace, and mechanisms for participation and enforceability of rights.
